Consignment & Returns
Items will be held for a period of 90 days (3 months) unless otherwise stated.
Consignor and Consignee will share a 50/50 share of the item’s sale price.
Consignor will be paid on the last day of each month, no checks will be written for under $10.00. Checks not picked up within 14 business days will become a store credit unless previously arranged by management.
At the end of the consigning period, the unsold items must be picked up by the consignor. If she chooses the unsold items will be donated to a charity of our choosing. If the items have not been picked up within 7-business days of the end of the contract, they will be donated to charity.
Clothing must be in good clean condition, free of stains, and in no need of repairs. Items De’ja Ray Consignment deem unsellable will be returned to the consignor or sent to charity.
There will be a one-time fee of $15.00 that will be deducted from your first check.
Management is not responsible for items damaged while in the store.

All Sales Final unless the item is shipped to you damaged or you receive the wrong item. In these cases you may do an exchange or your order will be corrected.
